I'm thinking........how blessed I am! I just finished looking at my Uncle's blog where he has pictures posted from his mission trip. There was a picture of some children sleeping in blankets on hard floors and I am getting ready to go in and get in my King size bed with 2 pillows and a heated blanket for the long cold winter's nights. Before I go to bed I will thank God for blessings abundant and I will pray for the people in different countries who don't even have a bed to sleep on. Father forgive me for ever complaining!

Happy New Year, 2009! Remember when we all thought something bad was going to happen in the year 2000? I find it comical now. The kids and I just watched 2 movies in the Left Behind series. It sure does get you to thinking about what is going to happen in the next however many years God allows. As a new year begins and I think about the things I want to accomplish, my heart is burdened for people. I pray that God will help me be at peace with who I am to minister to and how best to minister to them. I pray that I will be a blessing and encouragement to my family and friends as well. God has given us each other and for that I am thankful! God Bless you in the New Year!
